The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main square and surrounded by great restaurants and stores. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better variety of toiletries provided, such as shampoo and conditioner.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. It was within walking distance of the square and centrally located. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower in the bathroom.

There was no elevator available, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location was excellent close to the main market square and 24hr supermarket. As it was all self catering all the necessary equipment was provided Kettle, Hair Dryer, Tea & Coffee ect.... Also very safe and secure

It was obvious our room was suitable for 3 ppl and we were traveling as a group of 4, with two single beds and a converted sofa bed which was too small for two people

Location, friendliness, large size, kitchen, elevator. We had our daughter drop in and join us for two days. There was plenty of room for her, with the hide a bed, and Andrew did not charge us extra.

Nice place, fabulous rooms, best bathroom. Great setting close enough to All in all a very nice area to stay in, all different restaurants for breakfast, and Krakow because of the weather. Btw, located to Balice airport. Nice drinks at Dobry Kumpel Pub, nestled 500 m away. Exceptionally comfortable beds, incredible views. Fantastic experience for a nice vacation.

Great value for money, the apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The central location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the main square. The staff were friendly and professional, always available to assist.

Place was nice and just next door to a palatial museum. Loved its perfect and excellent location in the centre. And we where next to Krakow old town and all transport, shops & tourist attractions. Very very helpful staff, made the stay pleasant.

The apartment had an excellent location very close to the Stare Miasto and convenient to the central train station.

There was no cleaning service through the week until i spoke to the person in charge two days before departure and our room was cleaned.
